  • Send launch updates, marketing emails about OtterSource

  • Referral tracking (if used)
  • Validate demand pre-launch

4. How we use/store data

  • Stored securely with our email service provider (e.g., Mailchimp or similar)
  • Retained until you unsubscribe or request deletion
  • Never sold/shared with 3rd parties except service providers under GDPR contracts
  • Used in aggregate for analytics (“X devs joined”) – no personal data exposed

7. Children
Waitlist not for under 16s. We don’t knowingly collect their data.
